Delivering a New School in Nepal
A large brief to design and build the technology that underpins Integrity Action’s operations. Starting with a beautiful front of house website to promote their work and importantly attract new sponsors.
The core technology piece is a mobile app that can be deployed for monitors worldwide. An enjoyable challenge for a truly unique product that needs to work across different cultures in harsh remote locations.
On the website, we took the timeless approach of identifying the user personas. The design team explored different concpets until Integrity Action latched onto one that set the right tone.
For the mobile app, we deployed an experienced analyst to shoulder the burden of documenting specifications. Armed with the constraints and use cases, the developers came up with a super slick app custom built for Integrity Action.

Seeing Integrity Action could be deployed to monitor literally anything, our team opted to future proof the product with a flexible architecture.
We built a WebApp on the server that acts as the data hub but also lets Integrity Action configure each mobile app and how it operates. They can define workflows to monitor anything without touching a single line of code.
The mobile app itself works in harsh environments, across multiple languages with or without connectivity. Users require minimal training and typically operating across 9 countries at any given time.
It is very satisfying to see the solution we built is still delivering for Integrity Action after many years in operation. The technical foresight has paid dividend in avoiding potentially costly rebuilds.
